BETTING AND PAYOUT RULES
IN SHAMBALA-KALININGRAD CASINO
These Betting and Payout Rules of the Shambala-Kaliningrad Casino (hereinafter – the Rules) are developed in compliance with Federal Law No.244-FZ of December 29, 2006 “On State Regulation of Gaming Activity and on Amendments to Certain Statutes of the Russian Federation”, Federal Law No.115 of August 07, 2001 “On counteracting Legalization of Proceeds from Crime, and Financing of Terrorism”, Enactment of Rosfinmonitoring No.213 dated 09.09.2020 “On amendments to paragraph 1 of the requirements for the identification of clients, client representatives, beneficiaries and beneficial owners, including taking into account the degree (level) of risk of carrying out transactions for the purposes of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism, approved by order of the Federal Financing monitoring services dated November 22, 2018 No.366”, Enactment of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2020 No,1220 “On approval of the Rules for transactions with funds when organizing and conducting gambling”.
a Gambling organizer - legal entity, Private Joint Stock Company “Shambala”, carrying out activities for organizing and conducting gambling in gaming zone “Primorye” based on permit No. 05-15, issue don September 6, 2019 by the Department of Tourism of Primorsky Krai.
a Casino – a gaming facility where the activities for organizing and conducting games of chance is carried out with the use of gaming tables or gaming tables and other gaming equipment prescribed by Federal Low of gaming equipment.
a Gambling facility – Shambala-Kaliningrad Casino located by the address: 238590, Kaliningrad Oblast, Zelenogradsky District, Kulikovo settlement, Complex Yantarny territory, Yantarnaya Str. bldg. 2, office 101
Gambling/a game of chance - a risk-based agreement to win concluded by two or more participants in such agreement between themselves or with the organizer of a game of chance according to the rules established by the organizer of a game of chance.
a Player (member of a game of chance) – an individual who has reached the age of eighteen, takes part in a game of chance and enters a risk-based agreement to win with the organizer of a game of chance or another participant in the game.
a Bet – money given by a participant of a game of chance to the organizer of a game of chance (except for the money acknowledged interactive bet under federal law) and serving as a condition for entering the game in accordance with the rules established by the organizer of gambling.
a Winning – money or other property, including property rights, to be paid out or given to the participant of a game of chance in the event of occurrence of the game result prescribed by the rules established by the organizer of gambling.
Gambling tokens (chips) – exchange symbols of a gambling facility to gamble on gaming tables.
a Gaming table – gaming equipment which is a place with one or several gaming fields and with the use of which the organizer of a gambling conducts games between their participants or acts as participant of such through the staff.
Slot machine – gaming equipment (mechanical, electric, electronic or other technical equipment) used to conduct games of chance with gain in material, which is to be defined randomly by a device placed inside the casing of such gaming equipment, without involvement of the organizer of gambling or the staff.
Slot credit – conventional electronic exchange symbols of a gambling facility for playing slot machines.
Betslip (ticket) – an exchange symbol of a gambling facility with a nominal value issued by an authorized staff member of the gambling organizer that gives the right to a gambling participant to place a bet on a slot machine.
The player makes a bet with chips on the playing field with due consideration of the minimum and maximum bet, which serves as a condition to enter the game in accordance with the rules established by the organizer of the game of chance. Payment of winnings is made at the gaming tables with chips upon receipt of the result of the game of chance provided by the rules of the game, which are established by the gambling organizer.
In the event of violation of rules of games established by the gabling organizer on gaming tables, the casino has the right to cancel the game result.
To start the game, you need to insert the player’s electronic card into the reader located on the slot machine. The player makes a bet on a slot machine with a cash win by slot-credits, taking into account the minimum and maximum bet for each game, which serves as a condition for participation in the game of chance in accordance with the rules established by the gambling organizer. Winnings are paid out on slot machines by crediting the winning amount of slot credits to the slot machine account. When the result of a game of chance occurs, as prescribed by the rules established by the organizer of gambling, after the player enters a command on the machine, the player is issued a payment ticket for the amount won or a receipt is issued.
In the event of malfunction of the gaming equipment, all winnings, payouts and gameplay that occurred after such malfunction are cancelled.
In case of doubt about the legitimacy of a win, the Casino reserves the right to suspend the payment of funds for a period up to 72 hours or until the end of internal investigation into interference with the gaming, the software of the slot machine, as well as the use of special technical means to analyze the game cycle. Based on the investigation results, the Casino reserves the right not to pay the illegal winnings to the player, and also to forward the materials obtained during the investigation to the internal affairs agencies to resolve the issue of whether the actions of the perpetrators contain signs of a crime or an administrative offence. In the event of breach of gaming rules established by the organizer of gambling, the casino may cancel the results of the game of chance.

· To place any items on the slot machine (dishes, electronic devices, bags and etc.)
· To press multiple keys of the slot machine at the same time when gaming
· To apply force actions on the slot machine (hitting, rocking and etc.)
· To conduct the game in accordance to the instructions obtained in the form of SMS through messengers
· To insert various kinds of items in the hole for inserting bills (bill acceptor)
· To carry gaming tokens (chips) outside the gambling facility
The issuance of exchange symbols of a gambling facility in exchange of funds and the payment of funds in exchange for presented exchange symbols of a gambling facility are carried out at the cash desk of a gambling facility, including with the use of software and hardware systems designed for automated payment and automated receipt of funds, as well as equipment and (or) special software that provide the possibility for settlements using payment cards or other electronic means of payment. The exchange of chips, payment tickets or slips for cash is carried out at the casino cash desks, while the exchange of chips, payment tickets or slips for cash is carried out by the gambling organizer withing the period up to three banking days. The payment of funds in exchange for the presented exchange symbol of the gambling facility is carried out by the organizer of gambling to the gambling participant upon presentation of the player’s card by the gambling participant.
Transactions with funds when organizing and conducting gambling in casinos and slot machines halls can be carried out either by paying in cash or by bank transfer using all forms of cashless payment provided for by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
These Rules enter into force from the moment of their approval.
The Organizer of gambling reserves the right to amend these Rules.
The player of a game of chance, who has made a bit, by doing so confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these Rules, Shambala-Kaliningrad Casino Code of Conduct House Rules, Rules of games on gaming tables, Rules of games on slot machines, other documents approved by Casino Management and displayed at a place accessible to visitors, and agree with them.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
a Gambling organizer - legal entity, Private Joint Stock Company “Shambala”, carrying out activities for organizing and conducting gambling in gaming zone “Primorye” based on permit No. 05-15, issue don September 6, 2019 by the Department of Tourism of Primorsky Krai.
a Casino – a gaming facility where the activities for organizing and conducting games of chance is carried out with the use of gaming tables or gaming tables and other gaming equipment prescribed by Federal Low of gaming equipment.
a Gambling facility – Shambala-Kaliningrad Casino located by the address: 238590, Kaliningrad Oblast, Zelenogradsky District, Kulikovo settlement, Complex Yantarny territory, Yantarnaya Str. bldg. 2, office 101

Slot credit – conventional electronic exchange symbols of a gambling facility for playing slot machines.
Betslip (ticket) – an exchange symbol of a gambling facility with a nominal value issued by an authorized staff member of the gambling organizer that gives the right to a gambling participant to place a bet on a slot machine.

5. EXCHANGE OF MONEY
The issuance of exchange symbols of a gambling facility in exchange of funds and the payment of funds in exchange for presented exchange symbols of a gambling facility are carried out at the cash desk of a gambling facility, including with the use of software and hardware systems designed for automated payment and automated receipt of funds, as well as equipment and (or) special software that provide the possibility for settlements using payment cards or other electronic means of payment. The exchange of chips, payment tickets or slips for cash is carried out at the casino cash desks, while the exchange of chips, payment tickets or slips for cash is carried out by the gambling organizer withing the period up to three banking days. The payment of funds in exchange for the presented exchange symbol of the gambling facility is carried out by the organizer of gambling to the gambling participant upon presentation of the player’s card by the gambling participant.
Transactions with funds when organizing and conducting gambling in casinos and slot machines halls can be carried out either by paying in cash or by bank transfer using all forms of cashless payment provided for by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
6. OTHER CONDITIONS
These Rules enter into force from the moment of their approval.
The Organizer of gambling reserves the right to amend these Rules.
The player of a game of chance, who has made a bit, by doing so confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these Rules, Shambala-Kaliningrad Casino Code of Conduct House Rules, Rules of games on gaming tables, Rules of games on slot machines, other documents approved by Casino Management and displayed at a place accessible to visitors, and agree with them.
